The Wellspring Program

Wellspring is the world’s leading organization of treatment programs for overweight adolescents and young adults.  Wellspring operates two year-round boarding schools, 11 summer programs, as well as after-school programs in the U.S., England and Australia.  Participants in our programs have experienced renowned fitness and weight loss results, on average losing an average of 4 lbs per week and maintaining this weight loss at home.

For years adults have clamored for a program where they can experience similar initial and long-term results of our adolescent programs.  Wellspring Retreats is Wellspring’s first program exclusively for adults, incorporating Wellspring’s scientifically based program designed by leading researchers in the field into a comprehensive and intensive 8-day transformation vacation.
