Wellspring’s focus is on weight loss and long-term weight control. However, we can’t expect you to attain an unparalleled level of activity if you’re sore and uncomfortable.
As a result, each evening, prior to dinner, Wellspring Retreats provide massages from a trained masseuse. Massages help alleviate soreness and extend range of motion. They also help your body recover from the intensive activities of the day. Finally, massages promote circulation and release endorphins.
Then, in cognitive-behavioral therapy sessions with your Wellspring Behavioral Coach, you’ll work on strategies for maintaining wellness at home.
Ultimately, the weight loss you experience during your Wellspring Retreat, and the continued weight control at home, will make your body feel better, and will make you feel better about your body.
