Travel & Spa Retreats are Wellspring trips that travel to exciting locations in the region over the course of 8 days of fun and adventure.

A typical Travel & Spa Retreat will visit 3-4 exciting destinations over the 8-day program. 

We start Travel & Spa Retreats at a comfortable local hotel, and then, after experiencing a week of adventure, we return to a world-class resort and spa.

Over the course of the Retreat we’re engaging in exciting adventure activities that produce a high level of weight loss, such as biking, sea kayaking, hiking, whitewater rafting, climbing, and many more.  Guests also benefit from personal training sessions with Wellspring fitness trainers.

When we’re out in some of America’s most beautiful ocean and mountain regions, we stay in comfortable cabins where your room is all set up and pristine.  Everything is set up and ready so you can get a great night’s sleep in the clean, fresh air, and prepare for another day of adventure and transformation.  Wellspring Retreats will change your view of “roughing it.”

Wellspring Retreats are most definitely not “fat farms” or “boot camps.”

Massages Every Evening

Wellspring recognizes that most guests aren’t accustomed to the level of activity they experience on their Retreat.  As a result, many guests experience soreness, or are limited to some extent in terms of their level of activity.

Wellspring’s trained massage therapists are available in the evenings for all Travel & Spa Retreats, and provide massages to each guest. 

Daily massages promote circulation, release endorphins, and help tired muscles to recover – ensuring you’ll be ready the next morning for another day of fitness, weight loss, adventure and activity.
