South Carolina Vacation Retreat

On the South Carolina Vacation Retreat you’ll enjoy a beautiful private home near the beach on Isle of Palm or Sullivan’s Island.  Delicious low-fat, low-density meals are prepared and served by Wellspring Staff.  Guests participate in a wide range of activities including biking, hiking, sea kayaking, and culinary classes.  We start every day with Yoga and are active for 8-9 hours each day.  Massages are scheduled each afternoon, and we conclude each day with a Cognitive-behavioral Therapy session with a Wellsprings Behavioral Coach.
