North Carolina Vacation Retreat

Wellspring Retreats were originally established in Mountains of Western North Carolina.  So welcome to the original Wellspring Retreat!  On the North Carolina Vacation Retreat, you’ll enjoy a mountaintop or streamside lodge in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.  Delicious low-fat, low-density meals are prepared and served by Wellspring Staff.  Guests participate in a wide range of activities in and on the surrounding mountains, rivers and lakes, including biking, hiking, whitewater rafting, as well as culinary classes. 

We start every day with Yoga and are active for 8-9 hours each day.  Massages are scheduled each afternoon, and we conclude each day with a Cognitive-behavioral Therapy session with a Wellsprings Behavioral Coach.  Enjoy the fresh air and great outdoors on the North Carolina Vacation Retreat.
