Each guest returns home with the skills required to prepare the same meals enjoyed during the Wellspring Retreat. Guests enjoy lessons from one of Wellspring's culinary instructors, learning how to prepare low-fat and low-density, but delicious foods. We're not talking about gourmet meals, but rather quick, practical dishes, like pita pocket pizzas or a quick fat-free stir-fry. The recipes included are designed to fit your lifestyle.
