Vacation Retreats

Vacation Retreats are Wellspring Retreats based at a wonderful lodge or large private home in the region, where every guest receives a private room.  Common space lounges and kitchens where we’ll learn the Wellspring Plan and share meals help guests share experiences and develop lifelong friendships.

From our “home-base”, each day we’ll engage in a combination of traditional fitness activities on site, such as aerobic activities and personal training, as well as travel to nearby attractions for exciting adventure activities that produce a high level of weight loss, such as biking, sea kayaking, hiking, and many more.

Massages Every Evening

Wellspring recognizes that most guests aren’t accustomed to the level of activity they experience on their Retreat.  As a result, many guests experience soreness, or are limited to some extent in terms of their level of activity.

Wellspring’s trained massage therapists are available in the evenings for all Vacation Retreats, and provide massages to each guest. 

Daily massages promote circulation, release endorphins, and help tired muscles to recover – ensuring you’ll be ready the next morning for another day of fitness, weight loss, adventure and activity.
